Who is Skedify?
Skedify is a young Ghent tech company. We offer an “online appointment scheduling” SaaS solution for established companies and their customers. In short: we ensure that their customers can make an appointment online for any service or product directly with the right expert ánd based on their availability. An appointment at the office, on-the-road or via video chat.
From our office in Ghent (at the Watersportbaan) are gradually conquering the market with clients such as Hypotheekwinkel, VDAB, Van Marcke and internationally also the Danish Tryg. We have the ambition to continue to grow internationally with a strong product.

How do we work?
Rapid evolution and adjustment is a must in our sector. That is why we work according to SCRUM: iterations, planning, demos and daily stand-up. You will become an integral part of the team and will therefore participate fully in the discussions, so that we can promise you a perfect follow-up.
We build features according to the Gitflow principle which allows to work on several things at the same time. Although we expect you to be able to work independently, there is always someone ready to help you as a sounding board, to help you make decisions or even program together. During the planning you provide your own estimates and a commitment. We work with a small team, which makes communication easy.
Skedify is one of the pioniers of a “People Minded Focus” company in the region. Were others do the talking, Skedify is acting. They stronlgy believe in putting people first. We have a flexible working schedule; which means that we can chose when we want to work and where we want to work. In these current, uncertain times it’s a big advantage to be in control of our own rhythm.
After working for 5 years at a start-up that failed to grow rapidly, I was looking for a company with product/market fit, but still with the same mindset and challenges as those of a start-up. With Skedify I found a company with a family atmosphere between colleagues and many opportunities and challenges for further growth. You immediately feel the involvement and accessibility of the founders, which immediately gave me the start-up feeling again.
What convinced me completely? The ping pong table, Klask (less known, but make sure to check it out!) and Friday afternoon beers!
I started at Skedify for the following reasons:

Skedify is a dynamic organization: we work B2B, so we are often confronted with thorough and regulated business processes, but internally only work with a few principles that make us very “Agile”. In addition, it is a young company where not all roles have been filled yet, so the career opportunities are numerous and can be formed by yourself.
